As an ISSA Certified Nutritionist, a specialized Gut Health and Weight Loss Coach, a Certified Fitness Coach, and a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Vaishali brings years of expertise and a passion for wellness to everything she does. With a diverse background and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, Vaishali’s approach is holistic, ensuring that every aspect of your health—physical, mental, and emotional—is nurtured.

As a dedicated Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, licensed Physical Therapist, and experienced Weight-Loss Mentor, I'm committed to help clients achieve health and wellness goals. My personalized guidance focuses on enhancing physical fitness, promoting mental well-being, and facilitating sustainable weight loss.Utilizing a holistic approach, I empower individuals through exercise, stress and sleep management, nutrition, and positive mindset shifts. Nidhi Billore

I hold a Master's degree specializing in Musculoskeletal Disorders and Sports Medicine, with over nine years of academic and clinical experience in orthopedic conditions. I am a certified Yoga and Wellness instructor recognized by the Government of India, as well as a certified Pilates coach. Additionally, I practice Qigong healing techniques to enhance emotional well-being and have skills in mental imagery, tapping, and meditation.

Sudeep Bhadhuri

I am an Indian Navy veteran with 20 years of experience in the submarine & underwater-diving arm. I am also a sky-diver, triathlete, have been part of Navy athletics team and recipient of Bravery medallion. I am an IIM Indore alumni with M tech, PMP, and PGP in AI. After retiring from the Forces, I am into entrepreneurship in the field of yoga and wellness. I am Govt of India certified Yoga & Wellness Instructor, YTT 200 from Yoga Alliance USA, Basic & Intermediate Pranic Healer, and specialise in doing Underwater Yoga. I am also a life member of Indian Yoga Association. Currently I am pursuing my MA in Ayur Yoga from Samskrutham University, Florida.

With 15 years of experience as a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic care, I have a deep understanding of the complexities of musculoskeletal conditions. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong expertise in designing personalized rehabilitation programs that help patients regain mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. As a certified yoga teacher, I integrate therapeutic yoga techniques into my practice, offering a holistic approach to rehabilitation and wellness. My goal is to help patients regain their independence and achieve a balanced and active lifestyle through a combination of evidence-based therapy and mindful movement.
